FG, a 57-year-old man who works in construction, is overweight. He presented to the clinic today to assess his increased blood pressure. He mentions having "achy knees" and mild gastritis. He is now takes NSAIDS and Omeprazole over-the- counter. Upon assessment, BP 172/94 L and 178/98 R, as well as funduscopic findings of A-V nicking, were found. He has a family history of diabetes and hypertension. The patient was advised that he had previously had high blood pressure but chose not to seek treatment. OSA is feasible because of the patient's age, gender, and HTN.
