This paper will provide a breakdown of the practicum projects identified risks and the utilization of human resources. The risks will be demonstrated with an attached Risk Register chart as Appendix A. The utilization of human resources will be shown in a Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) tool. The tool will be attached as an Appendix B to this paper.
