The purpose of this paper is to identify measures of success, expected outcomes and milestones related to the Epic reporting practicum project. According to Chih, Meredith, & Zwikael (2018), target benefits are strategic project goals that will enhance organizational performance if successfully realized. Additionally, this paper will disclose lessons learned during this Epic reporting practicum project. Attached to this paper is appendix A which outlines measures of success, expected outcomes and milestones. Appendix B attachment will present lessons learned during the project.

Another milestone for the project was determining the areas of knowledge deficit. The major milestone was initiation and completion of the educational presentations, which was completed as originally planned.
