The purpose of this paper is to explain the monitoring and controlling processes and strategies of the Epic reporting project. The findings of the monitoring and controlling process will be identified, including specific areas, occurrences, and interventions. Attached to this paper as appendix A is the monitoring and controlling chart.

Monitoring and Controlling

Successful project management requires monitor and control processes. In order to stay up to date on project status and performance during the project, monitoring and controlling of processes and outputs were conducted. The objective was to maintain accurate and actual performance in comparison to the plan. This strategy offered project estimations to stay on schedule and made it easy to identify any changes in timing. Agile project management welcomes changes of project lifecycles (Jan, Abbas & Ahmad, 2022). Several areas of project management were monitored and controlled and included the following specific knowledge areas: integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communication, risk, and procurement management. Over the course of the project lifecycle, there were no deviations from the plan and an isolated incident of needing to refine the audience members attending education was the only aberration. This occurrence did not interfere with the project plan and was identified as a risk early in the project with minimal negative impact.
