I have witnessed projects that halted or continued without motivation after the exit of the PM team in my work experience. This instance shakes the sustainability of the project, which raises questions about the long-term success of the project. In my project, we have achieved a lot, having covered most of the areas, including implementation. Pre-meditated ideas have been implemented, and interprofessional collaboration is prioritized to optimize the project's success.
