Hello Class and Professor,
I wanted to touch base on this weeks’ discussion post because it has been a great adventure that has taught me more than I could have imagined. While reflecting upon this self- assessment, it has occurred to me that the most progress I made was in research, which is not particularly related to the course outcomes directly, but it helped strengthen my understanding of how to excel as an educator. In fact, this is the area that I excelled in the most because it was the area that I started out with the most difficulties. I struggled to tackle my PICOT question effectively in the beginning, which delayed my practicum, but overall, it improved with the help from Dr. V. The importance behind this topic of reflection, is the growth, which is necessary as an educator to constantly grow and learn how to provide better outlets of educator to learners. The next area that I would like to improve in my ability to gather research properly and facilitate my project accordingly without too many hiccups........ Continue
