iHuman Reflection Week 3

Upon completion of the week 3 iHuman case study it was determined that gathering patient information, specifically the HPI was a pitfall compared to other sections of the case. The patient presented with many symptoms, which included headache, fever, ear pain, tooth pain, sore throat, cough, and nasal congestion/discharge. I found that I nearly exceeded the limit of allowable questions of 120. I was able to identify 20 correct responses, however missed a total of 11, resulting in a score of 65%. Despite this I was still able to succeed in making the correct differential diagnoses.
