Hello class,

My selected information strategy of tracking GIP level of care can be

used to monitor cost effective healthcare by ensuring appropriate levels

of care based off of the patients’ needs

In regard to this selected information strategy, I would say I am having

the most difficulty with the creation of relational tables. I think this is

most challenging because it is hard for me to separate the components

and then link them back together. It has been a work in progress!

My current work setting does collect data regarding level of care but

does not specify GIP care for auditing and review of the record. The

data is simply a collection of numbers and does not execute beyond a
