C.R. is a 68-year-old female with past medical history of osteoporosis and presents with sudden lower back pain rating as 7/10 pain after moving heavy tables at work. No fractures noted per x-ray, right lower extremity (RLE) intermittent numbness and tingling onset 1 day ago, making ambulating and sleeping difficult. Denies pain with left lower extremity. Positive findings in the physical exam of RLE sensory and motor deficit, hyporeflexia, right straight leg raise and right contralateral straight leg rise. No findings of point tenderness or bladder/bowel dysfunction.
