Every day I encounter new patients with issues that are entirely new to me, and a problem I encounter first, is trying find information in the moment. I have gotten much more comfortable with my resources and accessing the right ones at the right time. My opportunity for growth would be in developing the correct treatment plan and selecting appropriate diagnostic tests, medications, and other treatments.
The sheer volume of choices makes the task of selecting the appropriate diagnostic test so challenging for the practitioner.
