To provide the higher-level of care to the patient it is important to collect the information and organize the sign and symptoms in a such a manner that the diagnosis is not missed. After collecting the accurate and comprehensive information physician can order the test which is cost- effective and rule out the differential diagnosis. I believe that during the iHuman assignment about abdominal assessment I was fair in ordering the test which is cost-effective and necessary for the patient. I did order the CMP and BMP both the test for patient which was not necessary, and I forgot to order the necessary treatment to rule out the pancreatitis which is Liver Function Test. I think I have some room to improve myself in this area.
