I was nervous to complete this virtual encounter, because of the different iHuman aspects that were not present during the last class. However, as I was navigating through the encounter, I felt confident. Working in acute care, I find it easy to complete a focused assessment. Additionally, I am a pediatric nurse, so I knew right away to ask about diapers. On the other hand, I had a difficult time distinguishing which diagnoses were must not miss. I am still not sure what the correct answer is for this case. I thought that must not miss diagnoses were anything that could be fatal to the patient. All of the diagnoses I selected have complications that could be fetal. I additionally thought that measles would be a must not miss as there is a prevalence of fatality.
