As I reflect on the result from this virtual patient encounter, I grappled with accurately identifying pertinent key findings to make accurate differential diagnosis. This is a skill I would like to practice more. Although I was able to identify the appropriate diagnosis, I struggled with a flow of documenting the most applicable findings.
