Clinical reasoning is one of the vital processes to support the providers in finding the exact problem to having the best treatment and management plan for the patient. As expertise, when a provider looks at the patient’s appearance and subjective findings in their mind, they may already recognize the key to the problem. In this case, I have taken steps in my clinical reasoning, such as interacting with the patient to assess and collect the information, then generating and processing the data to develop the diagnostic testing that is needed, and finally approaching to identify the issue.
