101.5 F, Posterior pharyngeal erythema, bilateral tender cervical lymphadenopathy with full cervical ROM and no nuchal rigidity. She is noted with Grade 3 enlarged tonsils and pronounced tonsillar exudate. Her uvula is midline. Negative for hepatosplenomegaly.
