In this week’s lesson we were asked to choose two drivers of high-performance healthcare systems and apply it to our current work situation. This application could demonstrate the presence of the driver in a positive way or it could address the presence of a concern.
Our lesson this week focused upon, quality, access, and cost as drivers of high-performance healthcare. When I look at my employer and compare my inner city healthcare facility to the time I spent this week in a much smaller suburban community hospital and I witnessed these same concerns in a much smaller facility than I work for.........document continue
