Leadership Styles
The example of leadership I will be discussing took place at my previous job. I had been hired at a Quiktrip convenient store/gas station. I was hired onto a Monday through Friday morning shift. The store manager that I worked with showed great examples of two different leadership styles. So as a store manager for this company you pretty much have to use a delegation style of leadership no matter what. But this manager was great at this aspect of leadership as he would try to delegate tasks that were preferred by each employee. Which everyone appreciated. He would obviously have to delegate unwanted tasks as well but he was good at keeping it fair and even.
