Summarize the article:
This article analyzes data from a different study to estimate whether health care providers give patients low quality care due from being burnout. The relationships between burnout and quality of care are most likely dependent on several different factors. According to the article (2019), “Burnout has been linked to adverse effects, including suicidality, broken relationships, decreased productivity, unprofessional behavior, and employee turnover, at both the provider and organizational levels tween burnout and adherence to practice guidelines, communication, medical errors, patient outcomes, and safety metrics.” Health care workers who are burnout most likely have less time to give 100% commitment to their patients……..Continue
