She states her current diet consists of pizza and french fries. Physical exam is noted for obesity, abdominal and buttock striae, acanthosis nigricans and mild comedonal acne on forehead. She denies thoughts of hurting self or others. She admits to social alcohol use and past marijuana use with ex-boyfriend. Denies sexual activity at the present due to recent breakup with her boyfriend.
