Situation: Judith Villalobos is a 74-year-old Hispanic female who is Spanish speaking only, was diagnosed with COVID-19 and directly admitted to the Intensive Care Unit from Chamberlain Rehabilitation Hospital. This morning, she had episodes of her oxygen saturation dropping, cough, fever, and noted increase in respiratory difficulties. Upon arriving to the ICU, client required intubation for respiratory support.
