Problem Statement:
A.W. is a 23-year-old who presents to the clinic with a sore throat and a fever that began two days ago. She describes her sore throat as an ice pick in her throat and rates her pain as an 11/10.Her physical exam reveals that her tonsils are enlarged; prominent exudates bilateral and posterior pharyngeal erythema. She also has tender bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy; the nodes are rubbery,mobile, and 1.5 cm.
