Problem Statement:
Patient Carlotta Russe is a 65 year old female who presents with chief complaint of back pain. Patient describes pain in the lower back that radiates down right leg, and is sharp and constant with a 7/10 pain rating. Pain began 2 days ago after she was moving tables at work as a waitress. Patient is unable to sleep and pain increases with movement, rolling over, and bending at the waist. Patient has a current diagnosis of Osteoporosis with a previous T- Score of -2.5 .
