Problem Statement:
AW 23-year-old female with a history of mononucleosis, presents with a sore throat, fever, headache, and tender cervical lymphadenopathy. The physical exam provided a fever of 101.5 orally, posterior pharyngeal erythema, mild to moderate tonsillar enlargement without uvula deviation, tonsillar exudate, and tender bilateral anterior cervical lymphadenopathy without nuchal rigidity or hepatosplenomegaly.
