Extensor digitorum, anconeus, extensor carpi ulnaris, extensor carpi longus, and brachioradialis muscles were all torn during the amputation. They are known as the extensor muscles on the forearm's distal end. The pronator quadratus might be harmed if the patient is unable to pronate his arm appropriately anymore. This assists in forearm pronation by working with the pronator teres. During an injury, these muscles may become impaired. The metabolic demands on bones, cartilage, and muscles are greater here.
